DE-Nexus Digital Economy Next Stage Symposium – 10th June 2024

Join Horizon Digital Economy Research Institute at this in-person symposium which will showcase research outcomes and progress from the six EPSRC funded Next Stage Digital Economy Centres.

The event will commence with an address delivered by Lord Chris Holmes, followed by a keynote presentation by Professor Yvonne Rogers, University College London and panel sessions addressing ‘Beyond the Data-Driven Economy’;  ‘Equitable and Sustainable Digital Society’; ‘Content Creation and Consumption’ and ‘Trust, Identity, Privacy and Security’. The event will close with a UKRI session on  ‘The Future of the Internet’.

The event will provide an opportunity to meet leading academics, the Digital Economy research community, government and policy stakeholders, business leaders, industry experts and commercial partners across a spectrum of sectors. Attendees will also be able to engage with the directors and researchers of each centre through posters, presentations, demos, films, case studies and networking sessions.
