Responsible Research and Innovation and Regulation roundtables

The hoRRIzon 3.0 Legacy and impact project is running three in-person roundtables in March and April 2024.

The roundtables will be held at the three Trustworthy Autonomous Systems (TAS) Hub partner Universities and aim to initiate discussions about the relation between Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI) processes and regulation.

We are keen to hear from researchers and different stakeholders who have engaged with RRI throughout the TAS programme (the original TAS Hub investigators; those who have participated in TAS agile and pump priming projects; and TAS partners) about the role the law has played in RRI during the TAS programme (i.e. legal issues and how they were addressed) and its challenges (i.e. difficulties in implementing the IT law as data protection and consumer law).

Roundtables will take place on the following dates:

Nottingham: 22nd of March (12.00 to 14.00)

Southampton: 27th March (14.00 to 16.00)
