UnBias ‘youth panel video competition’ – How do Algorithms affect your Online World?!

Following the release the UnBias video animation “Our Future Internet”, a video competition ‘How do Algorithms affect your Online World?!’  has now been launched by the project.

The competition is open to UK schools secondary pupils (Year 7 – Year 13), who are being invited to prepare a video in response to the UnBias video animation “Our Future Internet”. There are no right or wrong opinions as the aim of the initiative is to find out what pupils think about the video.

Any video format  – an interview, play, animation or short story, covering any topic such as, personal experiences of the digital world, a real event that has happened somewhere in the world, advice for other young people, view of what the law should do about raised issues, ideas on changes to Facebook/Instagram, can be submitted Entries can be sent via post, email or direct link to your video.

Closing date Monday 18th June
