Experimenting with the British Library's content and data - DHA Praxis Project

In February 2016, the University of Nottingham and British Library Labs organised the workshop “Experimenting with the British Library’s Content and Data” as part of the British Library Labs Roadshow 2016 and the Digital Humanities and Arts Praxis Project. Researchers from the Horizon Digital Economy Research Institute and the British Library Labs team presented experiences of creative use of digital collections and data.

Interrogating Interdisciplinarity

Between 2014 and 2016, the Digital Humanities and Arts Praxis project received funding from the University of Nottingham’s Discipline Bridging Award. The project undertook a critical metareflection on the drivers, opportunities and benefits of interdisciplinarity. This video collects reflections on interdisciplinarity  by academics and researchers at the University of Nottingham.

In February 2016, the University of Nottingham and British Library Labs (BLL) organised a workshop “Experimenting with the British Library’s Content and Data” as part of the BLL Roadshow 2016 and the Digital Humanities and Arts Praxis Project. Researchers from Horizon and the BLL team presented experiences of creative use of digital collections and data. The workshop ended with the ‘Ideas Lab’.  This video presents a synthesis of the event.
